All the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

· You wish to contact us to discuss your tuition needs. 

· You wish to detail your tuition needs in order to plan lessons tailored to your needs.

· You wish to subscribe to news and updates

· You make an online booking

We require the information set out above to be able to provide our services to you, and for our legitimate interests.  Only following your consent, do we collect and process any data.  We only use your contact information to liaise with you regarding your tuition services and to send you news and updates via email.  We only use the details of your tuition needs in order to plan lessons tailored to your needs.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful base we rely on for processing this information is:

· Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting benvaughan.tuition@gmail.com

You have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at any time.

How we store your personal information and for how long

Your information is securely stored. Once you withdraw your consent to store your personal information, we will delete the personal data we have stored about you within 30 days.

Your data will be stored for a maximum period of 24 months after you last accessed the service before it is deleted.
