Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes you might need to change your plans. I encourage you to cancel or reschedule lessons with plenty of notice, as this gives me the opportunity to fill lesson slots, which is important for my business.

GCSE and A Level sessions

Online lessons can be changed/cancelled more than 24 hours before the start time.

Face to face lessons can be changed/cancelled more than 24 hours before the start time.

Please contact me as soon as possible via phone, text or e-mail if you need to change/cancel an appointment.  To prevent a loss of learning I will always endeavour to re-arrange sessions.

Bookings cannot be rescheduled or cancelled with less notice than that shown above (24h Online / 24h face to face).

IFY sessions

Online lessons can be changed/cancelled more than 24 hours before the start time.

Face to face lessons can be changed/cancelled more than 24 hours before the start time.

Sessions can be changed/cancelled via your initial booking e-mail.  There is no fee for changing a lesson.  Lesson cancellations will incur a £5 cancellation fee.

Refunds for cancelled lessons according to the above timescales will be processed within 24h of the cancellation being made. Stripe refunds take approximately 5-10 business days.

Bookings cannot be rescheduled or cancelled with less notice than that shown above (24h Online / 24h face to face) and no refund will be issued.
