How I can help you

I am a fully qualified teacher and have taught maths up to and including Level 3 (A Level & International Foundation Year) professionally for over thirteen years. I am highly skilled at helping students reach their potential by being attentive and engaging, with high levels of enthusiasm and encouragement.

I teach online sessions via Zoom which are practical and interactive.  I can also offer face to face sessions if that is preferred.

I offer a tailored learning experience and have great flexibility in approach, allowing me to quickly find methods that resonate most with you.

About me

🏙️ I moved to Sheffield 23 years ago to study Mechanical Engineering and fell in love with the city.  The people here are friendly and genuine, and I enjoy being so close to the countryside.

🏌️‍♂️ I love to play golf as a way or relaxing and being outdoors.

💕 I’m a Dad to two beautiful girls, aged 7 and 2.

👟 Before I was a teacher I worked in engineering; working for adidas in Germany, Forgemasters in Sheffield, and BAE Systems manufacturing fighter jets!

💉 My Mum and Dad were both teachers, and my sister is also a current teacher.  I think it must be in my blood!
